We offer a 14 day window, from delivery date, for returns and exchanges. All garments must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and sanitary protection in place. Garments that have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in any way will not be accepted. If we receive such non-qualifying items, we will simply return them to you. There are no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since your purchase, the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments.

Dolcessa will send back exchanges free of charge (US only) via USPS Ground Advantage. This is a one-time allowance for all new purchases. Regular rates apply for customers who desire express / international shipping in addition to multiple exchanges for the same purchase order.
