If you feel you have received an imperfect product, please email us (info@mydolcessa.com)with a copy of your original receipt, date and place of purchase, and picture of the defected product.

All items must be present for us to consider your claim. We will fix or replace at no cost if products are deemed defected, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping to us to examine the product. We will ship back via Ground at no charge in the event we agree with your claim.

We do not guarantee the product if it has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents, or chemicals, as well as normal wear and tear. Cut or ripped fabrics are not covered.

Last, we at Dolcessa love animals and guarantee no leather or other animal products have been used during the manufacturing process of our environmentally conscious products.
